Given the rapid development of personalized therapy, doctors must better understand genome-wide related research (GWAS), gene expression profiling, personalized networks, drug discovery and development (DDD), and drug identification (DDI). In this book, we will first introduce the basic concepts of personalized treatment. Then we will explain some basic personalized treatment methods for patients with PAH, including GWAS testing, gene expression profiling, and personalized network assaying. Finally, we will discuss personalized drug discovery and development (DDD) and identification (DDI). The purpose of this book is to describe possible methods for effective treatment of intractable diseases in the past.
