This book therefore, provides for an elaborate and secure approach to the establishment of factors affecting the performance of Laboratory Technicians in public High Schools in Kenya. A model is presented that can be used by these policy makers to evaluate the performance of the said Artisans and take cognizance of factors that affect their performance.
