The MDTs cancer committee just was newly established in Al-Shifa Medical Complex five years ago. That was the first experience and only one at all Ministry of Health hospitals in Palestine. The study explores the performance evaluation of the MDT Cancer Members Committee for Cancer Management at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza Strip, to improve outcomes of cancer patients and to provide a supportive elements, mechanisms of process that enhanced formal environment and sharing the best practices.
