The study was conducted in a secondary school in Karachi Pakistan with a purpose to identify required changes in TPA. The research was qualitative in nature using phenomenological approach. This book holds significance for various audiences; it could help Educational leadership in strengthening TPA and it could also enable Heads for Regional School Development Units, Academic Coordinators and School Heads in further improving appraisal process. And for other researchers, this book could give a kick-start on exploration of TPA as professional development tool for teachers.
