Another problem is that many researches claim, beginning (novice) teachers struggle with many different problems in schools. It has been identified through many studies that beginning teachers are complaining about the lack of support by their colleagues and superiors. This book, therefore, provides a new model of peer coaching for the beginning teachers which is founded on equal partnership of coach and coachee who wish to exchange and enrich the existed knowledge and experience, and to improve student learning.
