Theresa's journey in the field of behavior analysis began in 2007, after spending many years working within the juvenile justice system. Driven by a desire to make a more meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, she embarked on a new path, seeking out mentorship and training from experienced behavior analysts. Her hard work and dedication paid off in 2012, when she achieved certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Since then, Theresa has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of the individuals and families she serves. Her expertise has been sought after by teachers, caregivers, and other professionals working with children, and her impact has been felt by infants, children, and young adults alike. More recently, Theresa's focus has shifted towards the birth to 3 population. She recognizes that the first few years of a child’s life are critical for development, and she is committed to providing parents with the knowledge and skills they need to give their children the best possible start. Her goal is to empower parents to become effective teachers and advocates for their children and to create a strong foundation for future success.
