In the monograph the main variants of pancreatic ectopia in the duodenum, its histological and immunohistochemical peculiarities, possible variants of morphogenesis, macro- and microscopic changes of the major duodenal papilla in case of pancreatic ectopia are studied. Clinical and morphological significance of pancreatic ectopia is defined. The monograph is illustrated by 6 tables, 5 diagrams and charts, 29 montage of 103 microphotographs.
