Because of their distinct structural design these have enhanced physical and chemical properties. PAMAM Dendrimers were synthesized by Divergent growth method and loaded with Isoniazid. Current experiment investigation was designed to emerging and discovering the usage of PAMAM dendrimers for delivery of antituberculosis drug Isoniazid. The batch of PAMAM Dendrimers were loaded with Isoniazid were preliminarily evaluated for Organoleptic properties, UV-Visible, FTIR and drug release of formulation. This study was initiate to have risen their drug loading capacity, control their drug release rate. Consequently Isoniazid loaded Dendrimers may achieve the objective of extended delivery.
