(Cruz & González , 1997), (Rivas , 2006) (Matul & Ramírez , 2009) explain that in Central Ame-rica these processes had already been implemented, which gave side for the peace tables in Colombia through the creation of the peace agreements that gave rise to the pactaddos agreements in Article III of Legislative Act 01 of April 4, 2017, according to (Congreso República, 2017) where an institutional Body called the Special Jurisdiction for Peace - JEP was created.
