The thing to remember is all dreams come from inside your head, so if you get frightened at night, you are merely frightening yourself, and all you need to do is either take control of your dream or wake up and get out of bed or go back to sleep and think happy thoughts so you have good dreams. Parents can use this book to talk about these things with their children to help them understand what is happening when they dream and also to reassure them all is well, just as Ben's mother did in this book.
