At the end of that season, the city of Leuven wanted to improve the level of football played in the city and it was decided that three clubs, Zwarte Duivels Oud-Heverlee, K. Stade Leuven and K. Daring Club Leuven would merge. The new club kept the matricule N°6142 of the Zwarte Duivels Oud-Hevelee.
