This book demonstrates the possibility of creating a solution designed as a serious game platform that engages players, who happen to be business participants in the processes to be elicited, to contribute with business knowledge regarding the business processes they are involved in their professional activities. The platform intends to gather implicit business knowledge from participants, in a systematic and automated way, so the outcome of the game consists in business process models obtained from the elicitation accomplished in the game. Posteriorly, these models can be used for decision making on what should be modified in processes to expand the business value of the organisation.
