Poetry soon became her chosen medium to navigate grief, resilience, and empowerment. Farrell has published several poetry collections, including Orange September, Long Live Phoenixes, and Rising From the Roots-each centering on healing and transformation. In 2022, she debuted her first novel, Sloppy, which explores LGBTQ+ experiences and self-discovery. She now shares life with her loving spouse and their cat, Aubry. Whether through books, travel, or live theater, Farrell draws inspiration to fuel her creativity.
