Analysis of transmission line tower carried out as per standard codes, also comparative study is carried on the basis of different types of bracing systems (warren, horizontal, diagonal, diamond) and materials such as hot rolled and cold form sections. By designing transmission line tower with hot rolled and cold form sections using STAAD Pro, hot rolled sections gives light weight design.
