The findings show the actual situation with the influence of the Albanian mafia in Macedonia. Such influence can be considered from several aspects, such as: participation of the Albanian mafia in total organized crime in Macedonia, the strong political pressure on the Government in the Republic of Macedonia that affects its legitimacy, and the psychological impact which has a destructive role on the country and its citizens.
