The surgery is successful, but unexpectedly this success leads Henderson into a situation where his life and return to Earth are threatened. The assistant surgeon at the operation is a beautiful woman who is drawn to Henderson, and into his struggle to escape. Henderson gets back to Earth convinced that he was away out in space.
