Dr Terry Daniels comes from a local family, and lived and worked in Oldbury. He is chair of Langley Local History Society, Oldbury Local History Group and the Friends of Sandwell Archives. He writes and lectures on the history of the area, and runs the website www.historyofoldbury.co.uk for the local history societies.
