OWPCP is a secondary treatment plant handling one-third of the city's wastewater. The maximum treatment plant capacity is 65 million gallons or 250,000 cubic metres (8,800,000 cu ft) per day, with the average daily dry weather flow of 17.5 million gallons or 66,000 m3 (2,300,000 cu ft).
