She has a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and works full time on designing nuclear-powered rockets. An engineer can be a poet too? Yes! Abigail began writing poetry during a very difficult time in her life, and it became a way for her to express emotions she didn't know how to describe. The ocean became an important part of her life during those hard years and inspires the themes of her writing.
