The architects are Woods Bagot who designed Q1 on Australia''s Gold Coast which was previously the tallest residential building in the world. The structural engineers are world renowned Connell Wagner. Otherwise, there are wind engineering and earthquake engineering that are important to the structure of high-rise building. The construction of Ocean One is done being undertaken by K-TECH.
