Paratuberculosis-infected animals. And this infectious disease has reached in economically significant proportions for domestic animal agriculture.The disease has been reported from most of the continents including Asia. This includes Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal. Thus the research in this disease is necessary to prevent the loss in productivity by generating useful tools to control the disease.This research on Bovine Paratuberculosis in Nepal is not so new idea however research and comparision of this disease between organized and unorganized farm is a new concept.
