The absorption of this mineral depends on the degree of occupational and environmental exposure in men and women. Monitoring by health areas is essential for detection, early prevention and treatment of people affected by the environment, food or occupational handling. Its determination is by means of a venous blood sample, which helps to determine risk levels of exposure to Pb in blood 10 µg/dl.
