The age range of 21 to 30 years was the most represented (41.1%). 41% of the patients contracted the fistula before the age of 20. 64.3% of the patients had a height between 151-160 centimeters. The living environment was conjugal in 69.6% of cases. Fistulas less than one year old constituted 46.4% of the sample. 51.8% of the patients had not received prenatal consultations. 66.1% had a long labor of 24 to 72 hours. 80.4% of the patients delivered in a health facility, by caesarean section in 55.3% of the cases and resulted in stillbirth in 94.6% of the cases. The fistula was type I in 30.4% of the cases, located in a soft vagina in 85.7% of the cases. 62.5% of the patients were at their first surgical repair. The vaginal route was the most commonly used (71.4%). The fistulas were closed and dried in 62.5%.
