This book is a new look at the problem of communication in applications to Artificial Intelligence. This kind of toolkit allows us to consider the complexity observer Vladimir Arshinov in the refraction of the semantic ornament of Vladimir Roubanov as a model of general artificial intelligence. The author hopes that the above innovations will bring the semiotic theory itself to a new level in its communicative aspect, the foundations of which were laid by Chvrlz Pierce and developed by the Warsaw and Moscow-Tartu semiotic schools.
