It itemizes the requirements for NT Scanning and the possible challenges the Ultrasonographer may encounter in the discharge of his/her duties. The contents of the book, which is captured in six chapters, covers other topics such as; quick anatomy check, types of tests including non invasive prenatal testing, documentation of the examinations, multiple pregnancies, nuchal cord, ductus venosus and the criteria of what good NT and CRL measurements amongst others. Forty cases of abnormalities and variants are presented in the last chapter. NT Scanning for the Beginner is a great handbook for the beginner in NT scanning and an excellent resource in ultrasound and obstetrics departments.
