Katie Schenkel is a comic writer best known for the critically acclaimed, Eisner Award-nominated graphic novel The Cardboard Kingdom. She especially loves to write about girls' friendships and their perspectives on the world around them. Midwest to her core, Katie lives in Chicago with her partner, Madison.
