Only the individual can author their own story and manifest a different reality. Each of us can and does manifest reality around us whether we want to or not. If you own that manifestation you guide the outcome. If you deny that manifestation the outcome manifests from your energy anyway. You cannot stop the manifestation of reality that results from the energy welling out from your own spirit-consciousness.
