(Iwamura et al. 2015). To meet the above-said requirements, Boccardi et al. (2014) advocated a new approach for developing the network demands that have recently evolved, including component and disruptive modifications. 5G has pushed the mobile edge cloud ahead towards end users to reduce end-to-end latency. Rangan et al. (2014) addressed new problems for spatial reuse to manage the available frequencies and throughput in mobility management based on the increasing density of the network. The automation of the entire network operation was ignored. As a result, machine learning techniques and Software Define Networks (SDN) are being implemented into communication networks to handle the overall network complexity of 5G networks.
