On the one hand, this inevitably creates new opportunities for sports journalists, but on the other hand, it also leads to changes in everyday working life that can pose challenges for media professionals. This master's thesis shows which everyday changes occur in cross-media companies and how sports journalists perceive them.Narrative-biographical interviews with people from two large German-language media companies show that changes occur in various areas of everyday working life. More work, a mix with private life and the struggle for exclusivity and fast reporting are just some of the most important findings in this context.
