Betty grew up post-war, an era of wood stoves and outhouses. It was a busy home life with five siblings. Not having a television, a radio and a book was entertaining.Attending a school with six grades in one room was a challenge, and she loved it. For her, it was about liking books and making life-long friends. Betty always enjoyed a good story. It was, and is still, an escape from reality.Betty believes that she was destined to write this book. Hopefully, you will enjoy reading this book of anticipation of what lies ahead in the next pages and the next chapter.
