Bonnie is also a registered nurse, writer, culinary instructor, corporate team builder, and consummate baker, who believes that fresh cardamom bread goes a long way to promote friendship and love. Bonnie is frequently found in the kitchen, welcoming guests--reading, hiking, swimming or cycling the trails that circle the lakes of Minneapolis with her biking buddy, Eric.
