Brains isolated were carried for histopathology.Animals were sacrificed & subjected to biochemical estimation where a significant p0.001 increase in GSH, SOD (plasma and RBC) and AchE levels & significant p0.001 decrease in LPO levels were observed in the groups treated with individual drugs at different dose levels. However highly significant decrease in LPO and increase in AchE, GSH and SOD & decrease in LPO were observed with the combination of Quercetin and Etodolac at 25 and 20 mg/kg/day B.W. were observed with histopathology of the brain.
