Sheila Tipay's first fiction book Neupella and the Walking Stick. Sheila was inspired to write a children's book because of her enthusiasm to read good books to her two young children that entered them into new worlds, of skillful and notable stories from great authors that shares their imagination with challenging views. And the final decision, she tossed a penny. If it came down heads, she writes, tails, she continues to read. She grew up in Chicago Illinois. Attend Westinghouse high school and Central YMCA College. She is an entrepreneur and child consultant. Sheila has been married for twenty five years. Hobby: Writing, Crocheting and tap dancing.
