Starting with the definitions of the terms network, management of networks and network creation, a deeper analysis of the different kinds of networks leads to the subjects of network creation and network management. In relation to the findings of the main part, including the opinion of current studies, an analysis and comparison of the critical success factors in network management and network creation are finalizing. , Abstract: Diese Arbeit stellt den Versuch dar, aus vorherrschenden Meinungen und Studien im Bereich interorganisationale Netzwerke, die Erfolgsfaktoren zu analysieren.
Es werden zu Beginn Begriffe des Netzwerkes, des Managements von Netzwerken sowie die Netzwerkbildung erörtert. Eine tiefergreifende Analyse der unterschiedlichen Formen von Netzwerkbildung führt zum Themenkreis Netzwerkbildung und Netzwerkmanagement. Die abschließende Analyse, auf Basis der gewonnen Erkenntnisse und mit Bezugnahme auf aktuelle Studien, und der Vergleich der Erfolgsfaktoren im Netzwerkmanagement und der Netzwerkbildung, runden diese Arbeit ab.
