Ghene't is a Health and Lifestyle Transformation Coach and has been an outdoor educator for seven years. She is a certified Health and Nutrition Coach, and is certified in Ecotherapy, and Wilderness First Aid and Rescue. She uses nature immersion, expressive meditation, targeted exercise and fitness as modalities to unlock unconscious blocks and to awaken us to connection to our inner selves.In 2020 she was a contestant for the Ms. Health and Fitness cover contest in which she placed third in her group. In the last four years she has coached over ten men and women through releasing weight, gaining strength (both physically, spiritually, and mentally), and making personal transformative life choices. She is passionate about the link between spirituality and fitness, and lives to share and guide others through the steps to wellness by way of nature immersion paired with physical activity, meditation and action towards change.
