Such loss is subject to well-defined conditions laid down by the Ivorian legislator, following a duly established procedure.The legislator, through certain provisions, tends to implicitly reject the principle of dual nationality (Art. 48 al. 1er of the 1961 law), while certain provisions lead us to believe the opposite (art.51 and 52 of the 1961 law). It would therefore be fairer for the legislator to expressly affirm this rejection.
