But this atrocity is followed by a horrendous plague that wipes out the village, as forecast by the preacher should any harm come to his family. Myth, however, claims Emmanuel Trident actually survived to escape into a magic cave in the side of the mountain and remains asleep-until a mystical sign awakens him. His twin sons survive, with one becoming an internationally famous gay designer. His sibling becomes a blazing replica of his extraordinary father. Together they vow to find their father-and discover if he really is the Messiah!
