With no road map to follow and no one to give direction left only the search for the determination to defeat whatever the sickness in me or die trying. Depression today is still a huge problem even with all the knowledge and treatments doctors have. e knowledge I gained allowed me to overcome my depression and live a full life. It is a struggle to achieve but worth the fight. Depression is not your friend. This book was written to help, guide, give hope, and let others know your mind, body, and soul are yours. Don't let depression steal your life's joy. Depression is a thief and an evil liar but you can win this
