These are all the peoples of Africa who had organized themselves politically in the form of a State-Kingdom or State-Empire and who recognize that they have a common cultural, social, political, linguistic and historical identity, and also those who did not know a political organization, but who are socially in a democratic system which must unite today to face the social upheavals imposed on us by humanity.
