She is clinically certified through the College of Forensic Counselors as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and a Domestic Violence Counselor. She is also Nationally Certified as an addictions counselor. She also has her credentials as a Sex Trafficking provider and as an Alcohol and Drug counselor (NAADAC). Dr. Carr is also a certified Co-occurring disorder specialist and a certified Juvenile Treatment Specialist through the National Association of Forensic Counselors.
