Jason H. Finck the author of My Horrible Halloween Costume Conundrum, is a long-time resident of Western Pennsylvania. He has enjoyed writing stories over the last decade, publishing his first children's picture book titled Mayhem and a Monster...A boy's adventure with his cat in 2023. Jason draws his story inspirations from reminiscences of his fun-filled childhood in the 1980's and the childhoods of his three teenage boys. He writes amusing and exciting stories for children targeted in the first, second and third grades. "Halloween has always been a fantastic and wonderful holiday for me filled with ghost tales told by the fire, epic costume parties with scavenger hunts, fun-filled visits to haunted houses, and passing out of candy in a yard full of creepy decorations. But the main inspiration for My Horrible Halloween Costume Conundrum comes from the many years spent with my father preparing homemade trick-or-treating costumes. Costume preparation began weeks in advance, making the anticipation of Halloween so exciting it was almost unbearable.
