Ujala Rizvi has always wanted to share her experiences. At first, she tried to write a blog but found that she was more interested in writing a book, which became My Happy Place. She hopes that by being open about her experiences and feelings, her readers can find guidance in a turbulent world. Ujala also loves to draw and do calligraphy; she enjoys expressing herself through art, just as she does through her writing. She loves going on therapeutic drives, and listening to music moves her to the core. She lives for peaceful moments, where she can embrace silence and being on her own. Ujala currently lives in Mississauga, Ontario, with her two loving and respectful children and her witty and caring husband.
