Kabila and his replacement by a Tutsi killer sparrow under a false identity, the duplicity at the top of the State, the bad governance, the plundering, the violations of the freedoms and fundamental rights of the citizens, the massacres and other crimes, silent and unpunished, the parody of elections, negotiations and political agreements, betrayal, mediocrity and complicity of the internal elite, the political class inparticular, which paradoxically animates, in spite of the slippages and other electoral blights, a democratic circus in a country besieged from top to bottom.
