A political commitment that is accompanied by a refined elitist ambition.We must study politics not as a pernicious or vain ambition, or as an ambition to conquer an El Dorado. Rather, we must study politics in its dimension of knowledge and mastery of major global issues to occupy a place of choice in the concert of nations.
