Software professionals continue to have lot of problems including RSI, obesity, poor fitness and stress. It is mandatory to provide multi-disciplinary intervention of corrective measures of office ergonomics, posture correction, and preventive exercise programmes could reduce the symptoms in these professionals. The most cost-effective way to prevent these disorders is to integrate prevention into industrial practices.
