The World Health Organization need to find ways and measures to enforce the implementation of the WHO recommended percentages of national budgets of all nations that should be devoted to health! A global body/center for pandemic preparedness and response is needed. Generally speaking,this book is written and recommended for global audience perusal. It will benefit undergraduates and postgraduates students of health and health related courses as well.
