For 30 years Maria Ann Laver was a successful Number 1 sales woman in the United Kingdom. She maintained her amazingly successful career even while being pregnant four times (with some miscarriages), enduring a separation, raising two children, and overcoming many tremendous challenges. In the midst of Maria's productive life, she was suddenly stricken with Multiple Sclerosis. From the ravages of this dreadful disease, she endured blindness, intense fatigue, disability and compromised mobility. She decided to fight back, determined to prevail against the mysterious and disabling disease of MS. Maria is quick to affirm she is not a doctor or medical professional.
