This protocol is developed to effectively manage the operations of selecting, finding and requesting the desired cameras which are selected by vehicle drivers, without using GPS or any additional infrastructure. This protocol offers a new technique for node localization and image acquisition technique, which enables the motorway user to request data (images) from any camera withinthe motorway surveillance system.
