In view of the above, it is necessary to trace the epidemiological profile of motorcyclists treated at the Reference Hospital in the municipality of Parnaíba-PI, in addition to characterizing the sociodemographic profile of the victims; determining the most injured body area, the type of injury produced and the possible sequelae of the accidents. This is a descriptive, exploratory study with a quantitative approach. The study took place in a public referral hospital, with a sample of 109 victims of motorcycle accidents.
