Everything revolves around the shape of the image on which operations are to be performed. Some previous studies for character recognition were also referred and a working MATLAB ( MATLAB by Mathworks ) Program has been created that extracts License plate regions only and displays the actual Characters (Vehicle Registration Number or License plate characters)
